- WebSiteDzyn creates websites that are hosted on commonly available hosting services. WebSiteDzyn is not responsible for any hosting related issues of a website that it has created. Resolution of hosting service issues must be resolved with the hosting service directly. WebSiteDzyn does not offer website hosting as a reseller of hosting services.

- Email and Webmail
- As part of any hosting package, email addresses will be included as part of the hosting package. We will set up all requested email addresses and provide instruction on how to set up additional email addresses. Generally, hosting services also provide a webmail interface to allow you to access your mail directly from the web. Additionally, there is usually an email forwarding option that will forward all mail from the website to a single email address for your convenience

- Search Engine Submission
- WebSiteDzyn will submit websites to the top search engines at no additional charge. Search engine submittals include: Google, Aol Search, Dmoz - OPD, and Bing. Yahoo requires payment for business listings. If you want to list with Yahoo, the client will need to provide necessary funds for the submission. Only the search engines decide who will be listed in their directorys. WebSiteDzyn has no control over whether or not your site will be listed.

- Site Statistics
- All hosting packages will provide a site statistics service. We will show you how to access these statistics so that you can see what kind and how much traffic your site is generating.
- Website Maintenance
- WebSiteDzyn will provide a "fee based" ongoing support after the initial site design and satisfactory commisioning of the site, if desired by the client. We will make all requested changes and updates for an hourly rate of $50.00/hr, with a monthly minimum of 1 hour. If the anticipated maintenance service will extend past 10 hours per month, let us provide you with an individualized quote for your specific circumstances. We will be happy to provide maintenance services on your website even if it was designed elsewhere.
